Trying to transfer my upgrades to another site.

  Hello. I am trying to transfer my upgrades to another site. I’m trying to transfer from rebecagray83 to rebmah. But I keep getting this error:

  “The product transfer could not be completed because a subscription or transaction record could not be found. Please contact support and quote this message to resolve the issue.”

  I initially just wanted to change the name, but I went about it the wrong way. I created a new account, created the new blog address, and then transferred the ownership of my old blog to the new account. Maybe that’s why?

  Hi Rebeca,

  Sorry for the trouble! Our system ran into some bumps trying to transfer those upgrades, but I’ve moved them over to rebmah.wordpress.com for you, so you’re all set now. Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
