Trying to transfer my website

So I am trying to figure out this for my Dad so I can help him but I am getting confused too. His website is here http://grahamkeddie.com/home-page and I want to just transfer the whole thing or at least as much as I can into wordpress but dont know how to do it. I tried clicking transfer and put in his website but I get this message ‘It looks like we’re unable to reach that website address at this time. (ID: 784cddf1-defc-49b3-849d-4a0e6e17d693)’ I am really at a loss, all I want to do is figure out how to move his website for him.

If you’re wanting to move that site to here at WordPress.com is it currently built with the wordpress software or something else?
