Trying to transfer post from one page to another

I write poems and I have a poem page but I dont know how I can get it from my blog feed to the poem page with out bringing everything over from the blog feed, can someone please help me, thank you!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Sounds like categories might work for you. All blog entries do appear on the blog page, but you can make category “pages” to assemble those posts that are assigned a particular category – like Poems and you can feature selected categories as items in your menu.
