Trying to undo domain mapping

  Hi,

  I’m just trying to undo my domain mapping for a certain domain?

  When I try to set up my new domain I get this error. “This domain has already been mapped to a WordPress.com blog”.

  What do I need to do to undo this domain mapping and allow it to be set to my domain?

  How do I undo the domain mapping? All I have seen is “contact support” but “support” says it is closed.

  If you bought your domain via wordpress.com, then you will have to contact support during working hours, West Coast USA, M-F.
