Trying to unlock my domain name

    I purchased the domain name, “ragingpanda0110.com”

    Your website editor keeps crashing, won’t let me upload images, and it was not mentioned that many of the templates are ‘premium only’, etc. I was extremely disappointed, and canceled my subscription, and wanted to move my domain name to GoDaddy. I then find out that the domain name is locked for a YEAR! I took steps to try to unlock and then delete the domain so I could re-use it. But GoDaddy still registers the domain name as taken. Please help me get my site back. There was no prior communication regarding these issues…

    Hi @ragingpanda0110,

    I see that you’ve already cancelled and refunded both your Premium plan and the ragingpanda0110.com domain.

    All newly-registered domains, regardless of registrar, are subject to a 60-day transfer lock. If you would like to keep this domain (you can point it to GoDaddy in the meantime), I can restore it to your account for $18.

    Once the lock is up, you can then transfer it to GoDaddy.
