trying to unsubscribe

  Trying to unsubscribe from mangabookshelf.com. I keep receiving emails as if I were subscribed, but when I go to my Reader to unsubscribe, WordPress can’t find the website on my list of Subscriptions.

  Please suggest next steps. Thank you for your help.

  Hi @zawaterstone, that’s odd. It looks like you were subscribed to this site outside the reader, just by email.

  You should typically be able to manage email subscriptions by using the unsubscribe link in the email. Were you clicking that?

  @supernovia I’m having the same issue.

  I am receiving multiple newsletters from (email visible only to moderators and staff) to my email address that I intentionally subscribed to.

  Now, I want to unsubscribe from a specific newsletter. But when I log into my wordpress.com account with the same email address, it says I don’t have any subscriptions (https://wordpress.com/read/subscriptions).

  Any ideas how I can resolve this?

  You should be able to unsubscribe from the email itself — can you do that?

  Otherwise, all site-related subscriptions can be found in https://wordpress.com/read/subscriptions.

  @dragstor Unfortunately, there is no unsubscribe link in the newsletters. And the site-related subscriptions are empty.

  Can you share more about the specific newsletter (or newsletters) you wish to unsubscribe from? What is the URL of the site(s) in question, and can you recall when you started following the site?

  @staff-totoro I am subscribed to the following sites:

  1. https://make.wordpress.org/core/ (since March 2023)
  2. https://developer.wordpress.org/news/ (since March 2023)
  3. https://wptavern.com/ (since December 2022)

  I cannot manage any of those subscriptions.

  Strange that you’re not seeing unsubscribe links. We’ll do some testing on that. In the meantime, do you want us to remove those subscriptions from our side?

  We believe the underlying issue has been fixed. Could I ask you to go to https://wordpress.com/read/subscriptions and see if you’re able to unsubscribe from the Core blog? I checked from your account, and it seems to be working now.
