Trying to update my Intelligentcio.com Index file in the theme editor and hit with this error

    Hi all,

    So I was just updating a couple lines of code in my Index.php file in the theme editor and clicked on the update button and was hit by this error:

    ‘Unable to communicate back with site to check for fatal errors, so the PHP change was reverted. You will need to upload your PHP file change by some other means, such as by using SFTP.’

    I thought nothing of it and went to check the site and noticed i was being served nothing at all so I went back into the editor to find that the index.php file had been wiped clean and there was no code on it.

    I have downloaded the health checker plugin and everything is fine, including the loopback request.

    I am at a complete loss here so any help would be great, thanks!
