  WordPress.com Plans and Pricing, Here you’ll find the lists of plans that might be suitable for you. You can select any of the plans and follow the steps there.

  Hi apoceherbalist,

  Just following on from @alokstha1’s reply. I’ve checked your account and I can’t see any failed payments attempts there. Are you seeing an error message or is something else happening when you try and upgrade?
