Trying to upgrade

  I am trying to upgrade my account to a business plan. However, each time I keep submitting the payment through PayPal Credit, it keeps redirecting me back to the first page of registration and not confirming that I made a payment or upgraded or anything. Any advice?

  There hasn’t been any successful transaction for this user account. Once a transaction is successful you’ll find that upgrade listed on your purchases page at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/ and you will also get an emailed receipt from us.
