Trying to Upgrade

    I’m trying to do the 99.00 upgrade and it won’t let me. I’m not very good with written directions, I’m a visual , I can’t find any reason I can’t up grade and no phone or Pearson to walk me through?

    Do you have any existing upgrades? That can prevent you from buying an upgrade that has an upgrade in it you already have – but the staff can adjust something if you have an upgrade that is duplicated in the $ 99.– package
