Trying to upgrade

  Hi, I am trying to upgrade to Business plan but once I press accept in paypal it is directing me back to the site and has not upgraded.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Do you have a credit card linked to your PayPal account? Because our upgrades are subscription-based you will need a linked card if you authorise a recurring payment.

  Can you please try clearing your browser cache and cookies? Then log into both PayPal and WordPress.com and try purchasing the upgrade again. Let me know if you still have trouble with this.

  If possible, can you try transferring funds directly to your PayPal account and then try using that to pay?

  The other option is that your bank might be blocking the transaction from going through on your card, in which case you’ll need to contact them to ask them to allow the transaction.

  HI again,

  It appears that there is a problem with PayPal payments at the moment, so they’ve been disabled while our team works to fix it. I’ll let you know once this is sorted out.
