Trying to Upgrade Account: Order won't load

I am trying to upgrade our blog account. When I try to do so the cart says “recalculating.” It stays this way for hours. I’ve tried different devices and different browsers (including an incognito browser).

Hi there,
This is because you only have Editor permissions on the site. Only a site admin can buy upgrades on a site, so you’ll have to first log in as the admin/owner of the site, or ask the person who owns that account to complete the purchase.
