Trying to upgrade but an error won’t let me

    Hello, I am trying to purchase the premium plan but there is an error and it won’t let me finish my payment.
    I am using the coupon code STARTUP15.
    Can you tell me how can I purchase it?

    Hello, this is the exact sentence:

    “Your payment was not processed this time due to an error, please try to submit it again”

    Thanks for that information – we don’t need those screenshots at this time as I was able to pull up your purchase attempt logs on our end.

    I checked with our payments team and they advised the following (in this order):

    1. Contact your bank to let them know that this is a valid transaction – they may be blocking the payment attempts.
    2. Wait a few hours and try it again.
    3. If that doesn’t work, try a different credit card.

    If you still have trouble please let us know.
