Thanks for that information – we don’t need those screenshots at this time as I was able to pull up your purchase attempt logs on our end.
I checked with our payments team and they advised the following (in this order):
1. Contact your bank to let them know that this is a valid transaction – they may be blocking the payment attempts.
2. Wait a few hours and try it again.
3. If that doesn’t work, try a different credit card.If you still have trouble please let us know.
