Trying to upgrade but getting HYTFSI error

Can someone tell me why this is happening. I am using international debit card from India and it won’t allow me to pay. Error code is HYTFSI

Hi @ellisdale99, could you contact your credit card service provider/bank to see if they are declining the payments for some reason? We aren’t blocking the payments from our end so you’d need to reach out to your card issuer/bank to find out more information about this.

I contacted my bank and they authorized it, but it still is not going through.
