Below are the only accepted means of payment.
WordPress.com uses PayPal as the payment processor, and as such, can only accept payment from countries they support: https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/
Lebanon is not a PayPal supported country. If for whatever reason, they have chosen to block payment from your country, you will not be able to purchase an upgrade here unless you have a source of payment outside of your country.
In addition to major credit cards Mastercard, VISA, American Express, Discover, and PayPal https://www.paypal.com/worldwide/ WordPress.com can accept echecks and some debit cards.
The debit card must have a VISA or Mastercard symbol on it, and should work just like a credit card when selecting the VISA or Mastercard option on the payment form, even though it’s a debit card.
More about echecks here:

I’ve tried it all. I’m using Google Chrome on a Windows 7 , but already tried in all other browsers ( firefox, internet explorer ) , including on another computer ( Windows 8) and the error persists. I’m getting a message along the top of the page when I’m registering the credit card data: “some text here , please”.

Hi there,
I’m sorry about all the difficulty. I have emailed you a manual payment request. Please submit payment through that and once you have please reply back here. I will then add Premium to your account manually.
-
-
Unfortunately I wouldn’t be able to do that manually. But, if you’re not happy within 30 days, I can provide you a full refund.

Hi, I am getting the same problem :( Can the staff help me out please? Deeply appreciated.

Hi, thanks for the reply :)
I am trying to upgrade to a premium account.
I go to purchase it which directs me to the ‘secure payment’ section. Like the person above, I only get ‘name on card’, ‘card number’, ‘expiry date’, ‘cvv’, ‘country’, and ‘postal code’.
When I go through with it, I get a message along the top of the page when I’m registering the credit card data: “some text here , please”.I have filled all the places that were on the page.
Note: I have also tried it on my phone and another web browser, same problem -
Hi nathanforster
Could you try your purchase one more time from this link:
https://nathanforster.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?product=1003&view=purchase&ref=topbox
If that doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll send you a private link for manual payment.
