Trying to upgrade my Plan but system won't recognise my postcode

    Hi

    I’m trying to upgrade my Plan but I can’t get to the checkout page because the system does not recognise my postcode! I’ve tried entering it every which way but to no avail. Can you help?

    Can you confirm which country you live in? Is it the UK? Once I know for sure, I will double check the postcode format we accept.

    Hi Gemma, thank you so much. Yes, it’s the UK, my postcode is two letters and two numbers space one number and two letters, e.g. [redacted] – I’ve tried doing it uppercase and lowercase, with the space and without – however it automatically defaults to uppercase with no space, no matter how I type it in!
