trying to upgrade space

    Hi,

    I have had my podcast blog through your site for years, and have always done a 10gb space upgrade. I am not interested in any of the plans with custom domains or monetizing, I just need the space upgrade, but I can’t find it. Can you help me?

    $20 is what I was paying, but it’s now looking like it’s going up to $99! I’ll have to move my blog unless I can find the $20 option again. I do need at least 10gb.

    me too – I had this problem. i just discovered the automatic renewal of my upgrade didnt happen so now the only option (I believe) is to pay for premium.

    looks like I will be finding a new blog host!

    Please stop posting into threads others have posted and start your own thread by using this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1

    When you do that provide all relevant details such as:
    1. What is the domain URL?
    2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
    3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
    4. When was the upgrade purchased?
    5. When did any expiration, or refund request and upgrade cancellation take place?

    Then type modlook into the sidebar tags on the new thread for a Staff follow-up.     If you upload lots of images you can exhaust that free space allocation quickly. Currently, the only way to get an extra space allocation is to purchase an upgrade bundle. https://en.support.wordpress.com/space-upgrade/

    According to staff, that option is no longer available if you allowed your original space upgrade to expire. It’s only available as part of an existing (non-expired) plan.

    Provide all relevant details such as:

    As the upgrades expired very recently I’ve been able to restore the storage upgrade to both your accounts with an expiration date in a few days. Please go to the Purchases page to renew the upgrade for another year.
