trying to upgrade to 3.1.3

  I just tried to upgrade my blog to WordPress 3.1.3 and midway through it stalled. Now I cannot access any area of my site or dashboard. all it says is, “Briefly unavailable for scheduled maintenance. Check back in a minute.”
  Please don’t tell me I lost my blog…:(
