Trying to upgrade to premium… nothing happens…

  This should be a simple fix. Nothing happens when I click on the “upgrade to premium” button. The computer should respond and take me to a new page where I can put in my credit card info, but instead, nothing happens.

  I’ve tried on a range of computers (pc and macs) and at various links on the page. Nothing is working. Other than this, my computers surf the web just fine.

  WordPress.com upgrades apply only to wordpress.com hosted blogs and cannot be purchased for blogs hosted anywhere else. You have to register a WordPress.com hosted blog in order to purchase any upgrades for it. If you have not done that then see here https://en.wordpress.com/signup/

  After you register a WordPress.COM hosted blog you can navigate to the the My Upgrades page and purchase a premium bundle of upgrades for the blog or a business upgrade bundle.
