Trying to upgrade to premium plan

  Hi please i tried upgrading to WordPress premium plan so I wasn’t allow to pay for the plan I was declined to make payment by using master card and vista card?
  Please if there is any other alternative please i would like to know……….am in Nigeria tnks

  @ericoswaga, did you attempt to purchase the upgrades with this account?

  If the card was declined, you should be able mention the error to your bank and ask if they’re blocking the transaction.

  If it wasn’t declined and you got a different error, please confirm again whether you tried to purchase using this account, and we’ll go from there. Thanks!
