Trying to upload a purchased template, that was bought off of templatemonster.com

  Hi there – I just signed up with a new email, picked website and now I’m trying to find ‘Appearances’ in the navigation bar on the left-hand site to upload my purchased template but it just won’t show up. I’ve also tried it on my existing blog and it didn’t work. Is it because I’m on the free plan?

  Yes, free plans don’t allow custom theme uploads. Business plans do though, check out the differences in plans here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/
