  I have downloaded the Everly Lite theme.. tried to install it and it won’t let me..

  What is the URL/link of your site/blog? Are you a subscriber of a WordPress.com paid plan?

  Please note: Sites with the WordPress.com Business plan or higher can upload third-party or custom themes to their website.
