Trying to upload local changes from Android app to Internet

  I just downloaded the WordPress app for my Android and started writing a draft. However, when I saved it locally, I am unable to upload the changes and am left with a blank draft when I view it on my PC. I notice the refresh button makes my draft on my Android sync with the one online (and thus reverted it to blank). Is there a way to do the opposite of what I’ve experienced?
