Trying to upload old site files

    I had a wordpress site that I appeared to not be able to log into now. I backed up all the files recently using Filezilla. What’s the best way to upload them to a new WordPress Login? Can i just upload a ZIP or do I need to go through and add all the files one by one?

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, WordPress.com does not allow FTP (File Transfer Protocol) access to any WordPress.com blogs. The site that you mention must have been a self-hosted site running the open source version of WordPress available at WordPress.org.

    Since you are not able to log in to your site, please visit the WordPress.org Forums for assistance. First, I would try fixing your login which may save you a lot of trouble. This document in the WordPress.org Forums is a good place to start: https://codex.wordpress.org/Login_Trouble
