Trying to upload video into library

  I completed the video upgrade which is good until March 2015. Tried to upload a less than five minute film in the medium library, but cannot find the completed file in the library to insert into a page. The name of the file is Week #2 Chairs Didactic Draft 1 film 14.3.1 K’s studio P1020057
