Trying to Upload .zip to WP and getting denied

I am trying to upload a .zip to my wordpress install on hostmonster.com but every time I try it gives me an error message. Do I need to add an extension or contact hostmonster to allow this functionality?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
