trying to use email godaddy

    Hi there! I’ve linked my godaddy office 365 email via the wordpress site and although I can send email I can’t receive them, help?! thanks

    Hi there!

    Can I ask when you added the custom DNS records to your domain? If it was recently, then it can sometimes take up to 72 hours, though usually much less, for the new information about your domain to propagate and for your email to start working. Let me know if this propagation period has already passed, and you’re still not receiving emails. I’ll be happy to dig in deeper.
