Trying to use WordPress with a second URL

I’m confused. I have WordPress installed and have it up and running on one URL, but now I’m trying to run it on another URL, http://dowzit.com. When I go the dowzit.com I get this message: “Welcome to the famous five minute WordPress installation process! You may want to browse the ReadMe documentation at your leisure. Otherwise, just fill in the information below and you’ll be on your way to using the most extendable and powerful personal publishing platform in the world.” I enter my Blog title and email then I get “The page cannot be found” error message. Does anyone know what I’m going wrong.
