Trying to verify email address but getting error message

    Hi,

    We need to transfer our domain from WordPress to another provider because we are part of an international organization that uses other other provider & are now required to use that provider. That said, the person who originally set up our WordPress site is no longer with our organization so I changed the domain contact email to mine and got an email stating I needed to verify the email. When I click to do so, I get get an error message stating the page is not available? This concern me because the message from Word Press states if they can’t verify the email they will put our site on hold & we need the site up for registration purposes. Please help!
