Tumblr backup

Hello! I desperately need help using WordPress to backup my Tumblr. I have clicked the import tool, but saw no progress after about an hour. I clicked both ‘clear account information’ and ‘disconnect from tumblr’ in an effort to restart. But now when I click ‘import blog,’ I get an error message saying I can only have one running import at a time. It does not look like I do have an import running, though. Can you please help me figure this out? Tumblr’s recent policy changes have resulted in many of us in a hurry to backup our content. My second question: The Tumblr I would like to import is mostly images. Does WordPress capture all those images, or is it just text?

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
