Tumblr Blog Backup Refusing to Start

    Hi, I’m trying to back up a blog, part of the Tumblr Mass Exodus and all that, but I cant get it to do so. It keeps saying I’ve already got one backup running, although I cleared the account information, multiple times in fact, so there should not be a backup running. I need to get everything from my blog on here by the 17th, thanks to tumblr’s incompetent staff’s new moderation policies (and their flagging of innocuous content as adult, and promptly deleting it), so if someone could help me with this and tell me how to force the blog to backup, it would be greatly appreciated.

    Due to the changes at tumblr there is currently heavy traffic at the WordPress.com importer so please be patient as staff work through the backlog. They need to reset the importer themselves.

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
