tumblr blog import stuck at 9154/11293 for 9 hours

My tumblr import has been stuck at 9154/11293 for about 9 hours now. It’s still running right now, but going nowhere. Can someone take a peek at it for me? Thank you so much :D

Hi there – I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued and waiting to run. Please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve already disconnected it.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run another 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.

Thanks for the reply Shuklasuyogya. I haven’t disconnected anything, it’s been running for way longer than 24 hours now and for the last 10 it’s just been sitting there on the same number without any more progress beyond that. I’m leaving it alone but the message at the bottom of the screen says to contact support if it hasn’t completed in 24 hours. It looks like it’s hung. It was nearly finished when it just stopped progressing :/

I’ve had a look and can see that lokilickedme.wordpress.com is still queued up in line, but it looks like it’s getting ready to start an import soon. Is this the same site that you’re inquiring about?

That’s the one, yes. But it shouldn’t be showing as queued, because it actually started importing yesterday and has been running ever since. It has already imported more than 9,000 posts and has a little more than 2000 to go, but that’s where it stopped and seems to be stuck.

Your import is still in our queue, but it’s not stuck. It’s just waiting to start.
Our importer is processing thousands of posts a minute, but we’re still getting hundreds of new imports every hour so this is going to take a while.

I’m sorry, I think I must not be explaining the situation thoroughly enough. My import started transferring yesterday – it’s not waiting to start, it already started, and then it stopped DURING the transfer. It transferred for several hours, then stopped and has been sitting unmoving, hung at about 2/3 completed, for an entire day. My blog has 11,293 posts, of which 9154 have transferred – and it stopped there. I apologize if I sound frustrated but I keep being told it’s in the queue waiting its turn when actually its turn started two days ago. It’s been stuck at the same almost-complete number for an entire day. I hope this explains it better, I can provide screenshots of the halted progress if there is a way to upload them here.

It looks like you started more than one import. The posts already imported is from an earlier one that completed only partially. It’s possible it just didn’t update the status correctly on your importer page, but I wouldn’t recommend cancelling or disconnecting anything at this point to try and clear it out.
Currently there’s a new import waiting in our queue. Once it starts it should finish transferring your remaining posts. Posts already imported will be skipped automatically.
