Tumblr blog never imported over 24 hours

    I have tried to import my Tumblr blog over to here for archival purposes following their change in terms, as the algorithm for flagging posts is defective and marking my posts discussing LGBT matters as inappropriate. Therefore, I am concerned it will be deleted, so I tried to run the importer.
    It has been about 24 hours and no progress AT ALL has been made. The blog I attempting to import has less than 1,000 posts on it, so I don’t think it should be taking this long. Help?

    Hi ravesti,

    I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it.

    We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.
