Tumblr ‘can only have one running import at a time’ issue

    I accidentally started the import for one of my sideblogs instead of the main one, which is the one I want to import. So I clicked on ‘Clear account information’ and the sideblog has stopped importing, but now if I click on any of the blogs (including that sideblog) I get the following message: ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ What am I supposed to do?

    Hi there,

    I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
