Tumblr Custom Domain Issue
-
Like everyone else, I’ve been trying to import posts from tumblr, but the importer shows that the Tumblr account has a custom domain. I’ve removed the custom domain (the blog I’m importing from is now at colinkeeley.tumblr.com) and then disconnected and reconnected the importer several times—deleting the connection from both WordPress and from Tumblr—but despite that, it still tells me I have a custom domain in the importer. Is there anything I can do to make it realize that I no longer have a custom domain?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello @keeley34,
The chances are someone from the staff may have to manually restart your Tumblr import if it may have been stalled. I have tagged this post for staff’s attention. Someone from the staff will reach you shortly.
All the best.

Hi there,
Have you also attempted to clear your browser cache and then close and reopen your browser?
I also do not see any stuck import at the moment. Let me know once you attempt the import again after the suggestions above and I’ll take a further look.
Thanks,

If disconnecting and reconnecting isn’t helping, could you check in with Tumblr to see why it might still be showing up as a custom domain?

Tumblr says it’s likely a problem with your tool because the domain is now pointed at wordpress so there can’t be a custom domain issue anymore. Can you reset your tool or something?

Hi @keeley34, I’ve reset everything that can be reset on this side. Can you go ahead and try again?
