I like to have my tumblr present at my sidebar, is there anyone who can guide me in doing so?

You need the actual link to the feed from your tumblr and then you set up the RSS feed widget.

Not exactly, no. It’s a javascript widget, so we can’t use that for security reasons. We CAN just use the RSS widget to get the text of the titles as clickable links in the sidebar.

But there are other options that allow you to show your Tumblr images in a wordpress.com blog automatically.
Try Vuvox Express, Embedit or Springwidgets to do that.
Again, if you want to show just the titles of your Tumblr posts, but you want something Flashier than the RSS widget (or if you want the updates in a page/post) try Bloggybits.
