  Hi Support – saw your post about tumblr imports, totally understand the overload right now. Just want to check in on whether my import process is still running or if something has gone wrong.

  Hi there,

  I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued and it’s going to start soon. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it. And please be patient and keep your connection from Tumblr. Do not try to cancel your import. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours, and if it hasn’t completed by then, update us here.
