  My tumblr import got stuck and I clicked the button to reset but now it says there is still an import going on.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there!

  Following Tumblr’s recent announcement regarding content allowed on their service on their service, we’re experiencing unusually high volumes of Tumblr imports, leading to some delays in these imports.

  Staff will reset the importer for you.

  Hi there!

  It appears your Tumblr import was indeed ongoing. For now, I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again afresh.

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try canceling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
