Tumblr import – 2 questions
-
Thank you for shouldering this unexpected huge influx.
Before I found the support forum, I had disconnected my Tumblr after a couple of days of waiting on the import, then (I think) restarted and reconnected to Tumblr. I appear to be connected to Tumblr — there is a “Disconnect from Tumblr” button that is active, and the importing wheel is turning.
1. Would you check to see if I am still queued? Thanks.
2. I have seen you ask people in other threads to make sure they are reconnected to Tumblr, if they disconnected during the import. How do we make sure we are connected to Tumblr? (i.e., what exactly should we look for?) Again, thanks.

Hi there,
It looks like the import on your site has completed – some content has been imported, and no import is currently running.
If you’re still missing posts, please restart the import now – posts already on your WordPress.com site will be skipped by the importer. It might take a while to complete, though, as we’re still seeing a lot of new Tumblr imports being created so there’s still a backlog. At this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.
The link to your site is hidden from view because the site contains mature content, but staff can still see it. I’ve deleted your additional comment where you state the site address again.

Thank you so very much! There it is! I appreciate how much extra work we are bringing to your site from Tumblr. You have been remarkably helpful and welcoming.
When I get my budget sorted for 2019, I will upgrade as a thank-you. I’ll encourage others to do so as well.
Cheers.
