Tumblr import

  Hey! I’m trying to import tumblr blogs and the first one I tried didn’t even show progress after a few hours. I reset, logged out of the tumblr and back in, and now it won’t start at all saying that I can’t start a new backup until the other is finished, and it doesn’t seem to be uploaded or uploading at all. Anything you can do would be appreciated, thanks!

  Hi there,

  I’ve tagged WordPress.com staff for you, as they’ll be able to reset the importer. Please bare in mind the following too, which was posted a few minutes ago by @kokkieh:

  If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

  You’ll likely receive a response within a few hours from a staff member. :)

  If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
