Tumblr import

  Hi Staff,

  I started trying to import my Tumblr roleplay blog to my WordPress last night and it’s still showing 0/10,566 posts. The page seems to be restarting every few seconds when I keep it open. The blog I’m trying to import is primarily text, so it makes me concerned about trying to import my main blog, which has a similar number of posts but is much more multimedia.

  We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr this week, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Can you make sure you’re reconnected there?

  Also: re your site with lots of multimedia, I have seen some of the imported sites *completely* fill up their 3GB media library. If there’s a chance you have more than 3GB of images on the other site, please be mindful that we may not be able to import all of the images unless you get a plan with more space.

  We can typically pull all of the posts through, though.
