Tumblr Import

My Tumblr import hasn’t imported anything over 24 hours. I’m worried I may not be able to import two of my Tumblr blogs in time before Dec 17.
My blog is somestuff.video.blog
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What I mean is that the Tumblr blog that I’m trying to import is named phantasma42.tumblr.com and that it’s at the WordPress blog named somestuff.video.blog

Hi there,
I’ve double checked to confirm your import is still queued. It didn’t get stuck. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it, as that could be preventing it from starting.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. At this point I’m not able to give an estimate on how long it might take to catch up with the backlog, though.

No I didn’t disconnect. However, my blog is finally importing my posts. Thanks for answering my question.

Oh no. I just found out that my first Tumblr blog import didn’t get all of my posts and I can’t do anything about because I started on my second import blog before I realized the problem. I looked at the storage and it looks 67% before it gets full. Do I need more space? I am in an anxious rut. What do I do?

I can see a new import started yesterday that’s currently queued, so that will hopefully run soon – our team has been able to make some changes to make the importer run faster so the queue is getting shorter.
The storage space only applies to your media files, i.e. images. You have 3GB free storage on your site, so if you think you might go over that with subsequent imports you can expand your storage space with one of our paid plans.
There’s no storage limit on posts themselves, though, so even if you hit the media upload limit, the posts themselves and all text content in them will still import.
