  Hello-hi!

  I clicked to resume import before I got a message about space being an issue. If I upgrade, will I need y’all to reset it again or will it just continue but include the space?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi geekishchic,

  That’s correct — you have used all 3GB of storage space included in the Free plan. If you wish to import more media (posts and pages don’t use up storage space), please upgrade to a paid plan before running another import. Posts already imported will be skipped by the importer during your next attempt, so they should not be duplicated.

  It looks like you have started a new import (after I reset the importer) which is in progress. I recommend leaving that to continue, then starting another once it has completed and you’ve purchased a paid plan. Until then, posts and pages will continue to import but not media.

  Hi there,

  Even with the upgrade, you are exceeding 13.0 GB of space. I would go in your media library and delete any images that you are not using. I see quite a few duplicates in the library. Or if you want to do it on the Tumblr side and reimport, that will work as well, if it is easier.

  You can empty your site as well if you want to reimport.
