Tumblr import

    Hi,

    I’m trying to import the contents of the previous content management I held the clickbethbrandao.com site (tumblr) into wordpress.
    When I access the import runner for it, it doesn’t allow me because there is a custom domain (www.clickbethbrandao.com). I have already accessed tumblr and removed the custom domain as well as changed the DNS to point to wordpress but it’s still not allowing me to execute the import.

    What else do I need to do to import the content from the previous content manager?

    Hi there,

    If you’re getting the custom domain error even after switching off the domain on Tumblr’s end, disconnect in the importer on WordPress.com, then go to the Apps section in Tumblr settings and remove WordPress there: https://www.tumblr.com/settings/apps

    Then restart the import.

    Let us know if it still won’t let you start.
