Tumblr import

Hi there,
I need some help importing my Tumblr. I’ve followed the instructions here and made sure my Tumblr doesn’t have a custom domain mapped to it. However I get the following error: As one or more of your Tumblr blogs has a Custom Domain mapped to it. If you would like to import one of these sites you will need to temporarily remove the custom domain mapping and clear the account information from the importer to import. Once the import is completed you can re-enable the custom domain for your site.
I’ve also looked through other support requests and cleared my browser cache (Safari) completely. This hasn’t helped either. Here is a screenshot of the error.
The URL https://tumblr.kri.sh/ currently doesn’t go anywhere – I get a server not found on Safari. I’ve also checked my Domain / DNS provider (Hover) and I don’t have anything on there mapped to this domain.
Any help would be appreciated.

I think the best way to sort this out would be to reach out to Tumblr support and ask them to make sure that the custom domain is removed completely from your Tumblr site.

Once that is done, the importer should work correctly. If it does not, please let us know.
