tumblr import

Hello, I’ve been trying to import one of my tumblr blogs on here to back it up but it seems like I got stuck in a loop. I followed all the instructions WordPress provides (which are very clear, thank You) but on my first try the blog seemed to just endlessly be loading, with zero changes in ‘x imported’. So I clicked on ‘clear account information’ to stop it, and give it another try. When I tried again however, I just got an error that says ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ even though there is no import running. I happens every time now, no matter what I do. I tried clearing account ifo again and again, refreshing the page, restarting my whole computer etc and nothing helps, I still get the same message that an import is already running, even though it’s clearly not. Any idea how I could solve this?

So I just had a chance to browse the forums a bit and read the sticky so I understand the problem! Still need someone to reset the importer for me, so I added the tags, thank You!

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
