    Hi, I’ve already contacted support but I just read the official post. Imports aren’t working so I’m requesting a reset. The blog I need help with is cupromantic.wordpress.com. Thank you!

    Hi there!

    It appears your Tumblr import was ongoing. For now, I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again afresh, as per your request.

    If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try canceling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.

    If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.

    @cupromantic I can see your import is still running, but your media library is completely full, so we’ll likely have trouble pulling in the rest of your images unless you get a plan with more space.
