Tumblr Import

I had tried to import one of my blogs, and then I decide to import another one, so I pressed ‘Clear account information’ before the import is complete. I tried alternating between pressing ‘Clear account information’ and trying to import on of the blogs, but everytime I try to import, it says ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete.’ even though I had already pressed the ‘Clear account information’. I had tried disabling the tumblr connection several times, and even logged out once, and I still cannot import the tumblr blog. Can I ask what to do, and how to make sure I can import the blog once again?

I’ve reset the Tumblr importer for your site so you can try again.
If it seems to take long, please be patient and don’t try cancelling the process yourself – we’re experiencing a high volume of imports from Tumblr at the moment causing a backlog of pending imports in our system. The imports are being run in the order they are submitted.
If the new import doesn’t complete within 24 hours, please let us know.
