tumblr import

Hello, like many others I recently tried to import my tumblr archive to wordpress. However, after a day of no progress, I followed the instructions on the page and attempted to stop and restart my import. However, any attempt to restart the import process results in the following error message:
You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support.
In an attempt to clear it, I disconnected wordpress from tumblr and reconnected it. Checking other posts on the forums, I see there is a backlog of imports being processed at present. Will my import proceed without further action on my part at this point once it reaches the head of the queue, or do I need to attempt to restart the process later on?

I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still running. It didn’t cancel and is not stalled either.
I can help reset this process so that you can attempt afresh, but that would add to more wait times.
We’re processing quite a few imports from Tumblr at the moment, which is causing a backlog of imports in our system. While it may look like your import failed, it’s just in line for processing, and luckily it’s still in the queue. Please allow this to run for the next 24 hours.
There is also no further action required from your end should you choose to continue with your ongoing import.
Keep us posted on how you would like to proceed.
