Tumblr import

  Hello!

  I’m running into the same issue as a lot of others; authorized Tumblr to read/write access on my WordPress.com site and let the Tumblr importer run overnight, still reads that 0 posts/drafts had been imported after all that time. I too cleared the account information and then disconnected the Tumblr so I could reset it, but when I set it up again I got the ‘You can only have one running import at a time. Please wait for the current one to complete. If you need any further assistance please contact support’ message.

  Doesn’t look like any progress was made in the meantime? I realise it’s likely still queued like a lot of the others, but I wanted to contact you just to make sure.

  Hi Talia,

  I’ve double checked to confirm your import is indeed still queued. It didn’t cancel. But please do reconnect to your Tumblr account if you’ve disconnected it.

  Our queue has a lot of requests waiting right now, and right now a wait time over 24 hours is normal. I recommend checking back on it later this evening or tomorrow.
